Controversially, I don't think you should read more books about Agile.

The obstacles our organizations face are rarely solved by faster teams, efficient working, or increasing motivation.

More problems are caused by:

Demotivation and morale destruction,
Low collaboration BETWEEN teams
Interruptions, no thinking space.

I propose you explore these high-leverage topics instead,

Read about social systems.
Read about leverage.
Read about habits.

Then, start using this knowledge to,

Find your leverage,
Create collective focus,
Build sustainable habits for humans.

Doesn't that sound more meaningful?

What books would you recommend on these topics instead?

(bonus points for books that aren't written by western men)
