It was incredible to have that insight into what was happening! 🧐
I no longer felt like just another cog.
One of the most complex parts is showing the relationships between all these.
With my clients, we visualize how we deploy our strategy at 3 Flight Levels of detail:
1. My team = Operational level 🛠️
2. Our dependencies = Coordination level 🔁
2. The company = Strategy level 🚁
This paints a picture of how the whole sausage gets made. Each person has a better sense of their role and why it matters.
